We offer two workshops that open the opportunity to improving your money management and helping you achieve your dream of owning a home! Our Money Management workshop will teach you basic banking, how to develop a savings plan and more. Homebuyer Education will teach you the homebuying process from beginning to closing and determine which home is right for you. Homeownership Opportunity Center

Are you thinking about purchasing a home, but you’re not quite sure where to start? Our budget/housing coaches are here to assist with pre-purchase counseling. For those who have already purchased a home but need help with creating a budget to save for emergencies, we offer post purchase coaching.

Are you ready to take the first step in making the biggest investment of your life? But you’re not sure where to start? Our HUD certified Budget/Housing Coaches are ready to take you through the first steps of purchasing a home! NMCAA offers pre-purchase workshops and coaching through the whole homebuying process.

Are you ready to take the step of renting but you’re not quite sure what to look for? Our certified HUD Budget/Housing Coaches are here to help guide you in the right direction of renting. From understanding the terms of your lease to your rights as a renter.

Financial Opportunity Center

We offer free budget coaching to help grow your savings and developing a budget with one-on-one budget coaching. If you are ready to purchase a home but need a little extra assistance with your down payment, we offer a Down Payment Assistance program that will teach you how to save for your future home. Along with our free budget coaching we offer foreclosure coaching to help guide you through the process of saving your home.
